On December 26, 2012, the company has obtained an invention patent of automatic palletizing device granted by the State Intellectual Property Office of the people's Republic of China. The patent application date is April 18, 2012, and the patent term is ten years from the application date.

ZXT automatic unloading and loading pallet with independent intellectual property rights of the company has been widely recognized by the market at home and abroad and has accepted a large number of orders. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company, it is hereby declared as follows:
1. According to the provisions of the patent law, no entity or individual may manufacture, use or sell the company's patented products, or use the company's patented methods and use or sell the products directly obtained according to the patented methods for the purpose of production and operation without the permission of the company;
2. According to the provisions of the patent law, any unit or individual who uses the patented technology of the company shall obtain the license of the company and pay a reasonable use fee;
3. As of the date of this statement, the company has not issued a patent license or a license for the use of proprietary technology to any unit or individual at home and abroad;
4. It has been found that many flour processing enterprises use the patented products that are not authorized by the company, which has constituted an infringement. The company will investigate the infringement liability through legal channels.
