Pneumatic atomization was used to spray water before wheat grinding, so as to enhance wheat skin toughness, improve grinding effect, reduce ash content and improve flour quality. It can also be used in rice processing and brown rice conditioning.

It is equipped with PTC heater for users to choose. It uses 45-56 ℃ warm water to moisten wheat, with fast absorption.

Working principle
During operation, the material enters the feed port through the chute. After the material level switch has induction, the solenoid valves of the liquid and gas circuits are energized and opened to start the liquid and gas supply. Observe the guide cover in the cylinder to concentrate the materials and drop them at the top of the cone-shaped distributor to form a waterfall shaped material ring with uniform thickness. After atomizing, the materials will be discharged from the discharge port. When there is no material, the material level switch has no induction and stops automatically.
